This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.
Description of Effects
TM32 is an interesting but ultimately useless glitch move. It has an animation like Razor Leaf, is a Poison-type move (very few glitch moves have non-glitched types), and damages the user when it misses like Jump Kick. However, its low accuracy and miniscule power mean that all you'll really be doing with this move is damaging yourself a lot and barely scratching your foe when you hit.
However, even if TM32 was a powerful move, it wouldn't matter--TM32 is not learned by any currently documented Glitch Pokémon.
